Order Processing

Please allow 3- 7 business days for processing time, unless otherwise stated. Any delays will be announced.

Shipping Information

ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATES
Delivery times delayed due to COVID, please allow an additional week for domestic orders, and 2 weeks for international.

United States
Please allow 3-5 business days for all USPS first class packages.
Canada
Please allow 3-5 weeks for First Class International packages.
International Overseas
Please allow 4-12 weeks for First Class International packages.

Custom Fees

Please note that customers will be responsible for any custom taxes, duties or import fees that may apply upon arrival. We will not be able to refund shipping costs if the package is denied during customs due to taxes, duties or fees and returned to us.

Please note: We do not have control over shipping transit once your package leaves our hands. Doozicrafts will not be liable for any lost or damaged mail. Please double check that your shipping address is correct. We cannot change delivery address once the package is out of our hands. For any mail returned to us, we will not be able to refund you for shipping cost. If your package was returned because of an incorrect address and you would like it to be shipped again with a new address, additional shipping cost will be charged. Thank you!
